Earn CEs in 2017 at Meeting Planning Basics and Beyond

Meeting Planning Basics and Beyond, a three-part educational program sponsored by Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and Meeting Professionals International, Southern California Chapter, is returning in 2017! This is a great opportunity to earn your CE hours!

This unique program provides an in-depth overview of not only our industry, but also includes learning objectives beyond meeting planning basics. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from the leading industry professionals, consultants, and educators in each of the three-part series. Topics covered will include:

  • Site selection
  • Negotiations
  • Budgeting
  • Strategic management
  • Green meetings
  • Social media
  • Food and beverage
  • Sponsorships, and more!

Hyatt Hotels is a Strategic Partner of MPISCC, and for 23+ years, has sponsored more than 60 seminars that have reached more than 1,300 planners. You can attend a single MPBB session, or all three! It is not required that you are at each of them.

Each session requests a $50 donation, $45 for students. Funds go to support the Gary J. Rosenberg Scholarship program. A certificate of completion will be given after each session.
